For sure Blatter and Platini, going on forbidding the usage of technology on the field, are showing to the world that the most important sport of all is still very weak talking about reliability. Again, in sports, USA has a lot to teach us.

Yeah, they at least can, ''Protest'' if they think the referee made a mistake, and if they are right, they will change it. At least they could do the same to Football/Soccer here in europe. (Result, out, corner, penalty, etc.)
I guess it's better than to sue the referee after the match.

Anyway i believe that is true for the majority of people coming from the so called "star system". ^^

It's true, he was drug-addicted, and he got cought in doping during a match.
So i can only confirm the story !
